Every pilot’s journey begins with a dream—and at Lazy H Aviation, that dream took flight with our founder.

After graduating from flight school, our owner began working as a flight instructor and contract pilot. What started as a way to share knowledge quickly became a passion. Guiding new students through their very first flights, watching the joy of a solo takeoff, and helping future aviators grow gave him a deep appreciation for the world of flight instruction.

That passion grew into a vision: to create a training environment that was personal, supportive, and built around the pure excitement of flying. With that goal in mind, he made the leap, purchased his own aircraft, and founded Lazy H Aviation at Crete Municipal Airport (CEK).

Today, Lazy H Aviation is more than just a flight school—it’s a place where dreams of flying become reality. From first-time flyers to career-focused students, every lesson reflects the passion and dedication that inspired the school’s beginning.
